As Mail Theft After Delivery Can Happen

We pay for insurance to cover for “in transit damage or non delivery” and such claims must be made at your local Post Office. For other missing package situations your local police should be contacted and a report obtained to be forwarded to the POSTAL INSPECTORS.
Returns – Refunds
We NEVER RESELL any returned personal shavers or trimmers for obvious health reasons, which may have bacterial or viral contamination such as herpes from previous users. This means we have limited ability to make refunds on returned used personal or intimate items UNLESS we can inspect for a verifiable factory manufacturing defect. Other brands that offer unrestricted returns or exchanges might cause prospective buyers to have second thoughts for this important health reason
